Horse Camp

Sophie went to horse camp this past week. She absolutely loved it. She couldn't wait to get up and go every single morning and at the end of the day, she was exhausted. She learned about the care and safety of horses and all about riding and posting. She even got bucked one day riding a horse named Casey, but she held on and her teacher said she reacted perfect. It was a great experience and I hope that she'll get to continue with lessons.

Thank you Mums the Wurd and Love Me Knots!! G.G. is modeling two of the beautiful bows we won. They are perfect! They are made so well and she doesn't even try to pull them out!

We had visitors!

We had visitors last week. My brother Andy, sister in law Megan, my niece Hattie and nephew Hayden came to visit last week. We had a good time. The kids always have fun playing together. We really miss them and it makes me sad that our kids, these cousins, will not grow up together. Hattie is only 10 months older than G.G. and I always thought they would grow up in the same town, go to the same schools and all that. But it wasn't meant to be, at least right now. But they do really love each other and get so excited when we do get to spend time together.
