Man, I am super bad at keeping this blog going. I really want to do better. I'm going to try and play catch up with photos. One of my goals in 2014 is to do better with this space. I promise! ;)

August brought the first day of school. Shep started Kindergarten! I can't believe it!
GG is now a big First Grader!
September 1st brought time with family to remember and say a final goodbye to my Dad. He passed away in the afternoon on Wednesday,February 6, 2013. I still cannot believe it and my heart still hurts.

It was really a wonderful time of remembering and being with family. We all miss him but know he is in a much better place! I know I'll see him again one day!
Then came my girls' birthdays! September 12 , Sophie turned 17. WHAT?!
Then, September 14th GG turned 7.
We celebrated with a "Just Dance" party. Her sweet friends came and we danced and played twister and ate cake and ice cream!

On my 41st birthday, we went on a field trip with GG's class. A fun way to spend the day!

We had Thanksgiving with our family, Josh's parents and some sweet friends. I loved it ! What a wonderful time of fellowship!
