Josh has been out of town for so long. Now that he's home, we have tons to do to get ready for this new baby. We got a lot accomplished this past weekend.
Daddy built a sandbox to keep G.G. entertained while we worked.
This is the new baby's room that we painted. They are all telling me what kind of light fixture we need in the room. Even G.G. has an opinion :).
He has an idea!

Painting
This is G.G.'s room. We kept her crib but the changing table and other baby furniture went into the other room. She got new ( to her) dressers and a bookshelf.
We refinished some old dressers and a bookshelf that I had. I think they turned out really pretty.
She loves having this little play corner. All her books and toys fit on the shelves.
We still have a lot more to do but I'm sure it'll get done eventually. I went to the DR yesterday. Still 3+ cm. So we'll see how it goes next week!

Im so excited for you! The "new" furniture for G.G. is beautiful, love the purple with the yellow walls. Quick question, Where in Alabama do you live? Im leaving Florida May 19h or 20th and if you aren't too far west I would love to stop by and say hi since I missed the reunion.
