What's new with the girls?

1. Sophie is very excited about the holiday season coming up. She's doing some things with her youth group at church like the Samaritan Shoe Box donation that she's really happy about.

2. G.G. has really started liking to read books. Instead of flipping through the pages really fast, she'll take her time and look at pictures and talk.

3. When we change G.G.'s diaper, she says " Ewww!".

4. Sophie is WAY into American History right now. It's great. Her teacher is really passionate about it and it is rubbing off. She'll take a class field trip to Washington D.C. in April so she's gearing up for that.

5. Instead of saying " bye bye" G.G. now says " Bye!" in a really high pitched, drawn out southern accent. So cute.

6. It's amazing to see how much they love each other. G.G. calls Sophie 'Sissy' and says a big " Hiii!" whenever she sees her. Sophie is very sweet and affectionate with her and loves to twirl around the living room and dance with her.

As far as the new little one, I'm feeling a little better. I think I'm about 4 months along. That sounds horrible, but with a 14 month old running around, I don't think about being pregnant too much yet.

We are also trying to buy a house right now. I'm so hesitant to talk about it but we are so excited. Supposed to close next week, so say a prayer for us please!

Be grateful and praise the Lord everyday that all the kids we know especially our kin are healthy. I just did a Santa Visit in Ripley TN. for a little 4-year-old boy who has 3 brain tumors and is not expected to live past Thanksgiving. It was sad but yet I felt really good that I was able to grant his wish of seeing Santa Claus. We spent about and hour with him and at first, well he was really shy but within 20 minutes he was my best friend.

I loved American history when I was in school. She'll have a blast visting in DC.

Know what you mean about not remembering the week of pregnacy you're at when you have a little one running around! Glad to hear you're feeling a little better.

Have a great Thanksgiving!
